So no one thinks I have a sadistic side here are the liner notes for this CD.

OBITUARY

Died, July 8, 2006, Columbia, MD. Born, January 8, 2006, somewhere between Dunn, NC and Dillon, SC.

“Life Cut Short” was born on a cold, sunny January morning while my wife and I were on a 13½ hour journey driving to my Mom’s new house in Florida. Eight hundred and sixty six miles in an SUV gave me plenty of time to think of my next CD Circle masterpiece. The XM Radio helped as I maneuvered through the different channels to jumble the sounds spewing from the speakers. We listened to the 80’s channel, classic rock, alternative rock, heavy metal, 70’s disco, rap, today’s mix and even some country. There was one thing that every channel had in common, many of the musicians had met an untimely death.

“Life Cut Short” is my dedication to all of those musicians that have changed my life with a lyric or a riff, those that died while in their prime. The contents of this booklet consists of months of research. While spanning many eras and genres, I want the listener to learn a bit about who these musicians were and how they died. Additionally, I made sure each highlighted musician performed on their respective song on this CD. I hope you enjoy what they had to offer.

This CD is survived by millions of musicians and trillions of songs. If you have the chance to see an artist/band live, TAKE IT. None of us will be here forever.
